Welcome to our FAQ page, where we aim to address any questions or concerns you may have about our services. We understand that choosing the perfect outfit for a special occasion can raise several queries, and we're here to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.

  • When should I order my tuxedo or suit?
    You should never worry about how late it is – we never run out of great styles. But sometimes the most in-demand brands and styles get reserved early, so the sooner you can make your reservation, the more likely you’ll get your first choice of style and color. We recommend reserving your tux or suit as soon as possible and at least three weeks in advance of the day of your event (excluding weddings). Reservations made within 10 days of the event date will be subject to a $50 rush fee. Tip: paying in full at the time of your reservation will ensure that your tuxedo pickup process is quick and seamless.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You may be eligible to receive a partial or full refund of cancelled rental garments if cancellations are made a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • How much of a deposit do I have to put down at the time I reserve my tuxedo?
    We make it convenient for you to rent a tuxedo, depending on your budget and preference: You can pay $100 deposit when you reserve the tux, and it goes toward the price of the rental; simply pay the balance when you pick it up. You can pay the rental in full at the time you reserve it. The advantage with paying in full is a speedy in-and-out process if the store is busy on the day you pick up your tux.
  • Do I need an appointment to reserve my tuxedo?
    Come on in – you never need an appointment unless you're bringing in 3 or more people with your party. If you want to avoid the lines though, we recommend making an appointment before you come in regardless.
  • When do we register our wedding with a Touch of Class?
    Ideally, you want to register your wedding with us as soon as you have your wedding date and color scheme. At that time you need to make an appointment for you and your fiancée to come in and select the attire for your wedding party. Your wedding party is not required to attend this appointment. Custom fittings will be done closer to the wedding date.
  • How long before the wedding should the wedding party members be measured?
    We recommend that wedding party members be sized five to seven weeks prior to the wedding. Ring bearers should be sized four weeks prior. However, we are willing to accommodate you earlier if the typical time frame becomes problematic.
  • What if members of my wedding party live out-of-state?
    We are members of the International Formal Wear Association, with affiliates all over the world. Your out-of-state wedding party members get measured at one of our affiliates, then you send the tuxedo measurements to us. You can send us the measurements using this form. This service is our specialty.
  • What if an article of clothing does not fit when the out-of-state attendant tries on his tuxedo?
    One of the many benefits of using A Touch of Class is that we are able to perform last-minute alterations.
  • When are the wedding tuxedos ready for pickup?
    You will receive a phone call the week of the wedding when it's ready. We treat each wedding individually. Special arrangements can be made for early pick ups or late returns.
  • When do the wedding tuxedos rentals have to be returned?
    All tuxedos rentals need to be returned by the first business day following use. Additional fees may apply if returned late.
  • Do you match all manufacturers dress colors?
    Yes, we will custom match any dress color at no extra charge.
  • Am I able to rent a tuxedo for use on a cruise?
    A Touch of Class offers Cruise Tuxedo Rental Packages which allow you to rent a tuxedo for the length of your trip.
